We are honored to celebrate the incredible generosity of Jim and Michelle Little of Waste Connections. Jim serves as the Executive Vice President of Engineering and Disposal at Waste Connections, while Michelle Little is the Vice President of Community Affairs and Corporate Giving at Waste Connections. Michelle, who has served as Inspiration Ranch’s Board Chair since January 2023, will see her term conclude at the end of 2025 after years of dedicated guidance and advocacy. Her leadership has helped shape the organization’s growth and impact, and together with Jim, she has been a steadfast supporter of Inspiration Ranch’s mission.
