Inspiration Ranch is a place of hope where dedicated staff and volunteers work to improve the lives of those we serve through equine-assisted activities and therapies. While the pandemic has disrupted our regular operations, we continue to steadfastly focus on our mission. All proceeds from the gala directly support the scholarships at Inspiration Ranch to help children overcome physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges and reach new goals through the use of one of God’s remarkable gifts, the horse.

Gathering together to share the Ranch’s goals and dreams for the clients has always been a critical and highly anticipated piece of our annual Denim & Diamond gala. Because safety remains a core principle at the Ranch, this year’s gala is virtual.

How can I participate in the gala?
You can attend virtually by registering here to watch on Saturday, September 19th at 7 pm.

How will I view the event?
We will send a Zoom Webinar link via email to guests the day before the gala.
Can I test the video stream?
We will send a test link out so that you can test your stream on Wednesday, September 16th anytime from 4-7 pm.
I'm having trouble registering...can someone help me?
Absolutely! We would love to help. If you email us here, we will contact you ASAP to get you registered.
When will I get information on how to tune in?
You will receive a test link on Wednesday, September 16th, if you would like to test your stream before the night of the gala. On Friday, September 18th, you will receive the Virtual Gala Link. Should you have any issues, feel free to contact our gala support team.
Will there still be an auction?
Yes! We’re bringing the silent and live auction to you online. In order to participate in the online auction please register here for a bidding account. The silent auction will open early on Wednesday, September 16th!
Will there still be the Wine Pull, The Giving Box, and the General Store?
Yes! You will be able to purchase any of these items through the online bidding link you receive once you register.
The wine pull is $25/bottle and guaranteed value anywhere between $20-$100.
The Giving Box costs $199 and has over $1000 worth of gift cards and items from local businesses.
The General Store is an opportunity for you to gift much-needed items to the ranch. From a $10 bale of hay to a $125 Mental Health Scholarship to a $2000 saddle, each item is essential to our programs running smoothly and efficiently.
Is there a cost to join the auction or watch the gala?
No, you can register here to participate in our gala and auction. The silent auction will open on Wednesday, September 16th, and close September 19th at 9 pm. With your registration, you will get a link to watch our free virtual program on Saturday, September 19th.
I can’t watch the virtual gala. How can I donate?
You can donate online through our secure payment processor.
What if I want to pay for my donation and auction items with something other than a credit card?
No problem! You’ll still have to enter a credit card to bid or donate, but you send us an email and we'll be sure to contact you about how you would like to pay.
How will I receive my auction items?
Live and Silent Auction items will come with instructions for how to receive them. If it is a certificate, you’ll receive it in the mail. If it’s a larger item, there will be times for you to do curbside pickup from Inspiration Ranch. If you can’t do curbside pickup, let us know; and we will work with you to get it delivered.
Can I donate after the gala?
Absolutely! You can donate anytime online through our secure payment processor.
What does (10 People) mean when I register?
This option is for those who would like to host a “table” in their homes. Your guests will then be able to register under your “table” when you select that option.
How do I get a tax receipt?
You will receive your donation receipt by email one week after the gala. If you don’t have an email address on file and don’t receive a donation receipt, email us to get one sent to you.
